Yeah, it's slower to charge I think but since I charge overnite it's not an issue anyway. If you need to boost it before then ....? Maybe not a good thing. I think slower charging is easier on the battery tho.what charge time you people getting iPhone 7 mine has really slowed down to a crawl
Thats a little backwards. If you restore, you should restore a backup then reset all settings. Otherwise you put things back just like it was before you started. A reset all settings doesn’t destroy data though so no need to restore a backup after that. It just defaults settings for the current iOS version. You should just go through the settings and set as you want. Your data and apps will remain intact.lol that’s why I do a restore from iCloud too following the reset. Let us know when the animations start slowing and dropping frames again.
Sometimes but a “reset all settings” will most times help things out like odd problems and poor battery life. See above quote regarding restoring a backup.Does it help to reset the phone from scratch and use iCloud backup (battery life)?
What does mean in settings->photos->keep originals?
If you have that enabled photos are transferred in the new format. Automatic converts them if necessary (Windows or macOS prior to High Sierra)
As for charging speed. Here is a 5min snapshot. Looks like it’s doing well in this beta.Yeah, it's slower to charge I think but since I charge overnite it's not an issue anyway. If you need to boost it before then ....? Maybe not a good thing. I think slower charging is easier on the battery tho.
How can i enabled it? I click on "keep originals"
music controls do not work with 3rd party apps like Spotify for me. The control center music widget shows nothing playing and the music widget on the lock screen shows Apple Music as non playing instead of spotify
If you have that enabled photos are transferred in the new format. Automatic converts them if necessary (Windows or macOS prior to High Sierra)
I have that setting in iOS 10. What it does is it keeps all photos locally downloaded on your device. Unless you are talking about a new setting where you can actually choose what format you want your pictures in.
Yep, new setting in iOS 11. The one you’re referring to is stil there but there’s a new one under a “Transfer to Mac or PC” heading.

Nope. Has been there since iOS 8.Is this new? Sliding to the right on Activity app.![]()
Oh I see. What does keep originals do? Is that the new format or just a jpeg?
Been wondering what it feels like to be on iOS 11.. does it give your phone a different feel. Or does it feel like same o same o...
The phone feels amazing. Revolutionary like going from rotary to digital.
Getting there based on what you’ve posted before, but could be a little better (depending on app usage). From my specific cases, I’m gotten from 5.5 to 6.5 hours. But if I use YouTube, that tanks haha.iPhone 7 is this good
