I wouldn’t worry. Apple engineers can’t be that stupid not to notice the frame rate drops. Then again Tim Cook don’t seem to be testing stuff no more.

I am using the iPhone 7 32GB with public beta 8. When i was exit any app, my home screen is glitchy first and than turning a normal. Are you having trouble this problem?

I have not noticed this behavior and can’t seem to duplicate it when exiting apps. Iphone7 128gb. I’d say this is so far the smoothest beta(pb8).

Say. Go into safari. Load up a page. Then hit the home screen and swipe right away. Then go back to safari.

Still not seeing it. Either it is imperceptible to me or I don’t have the bug. I’ll report back if I notice it later. Seems a non issue for my usage tho.

I feel the same. Its only a slight slow down and stutter. I feel Apple will fix that if anything.

I’m still having issues when trying to share a screenshot. I take the screenshot, click the thumbnail, hit the message share extension and 8/10 it freezes for 10-15 seconds. Anybody else experiencing this?

I have the same issue. Only happens on my iPad Pro curiously. iPhone 7+, 6S+, and IPad Air have zero problems.

Photos just crashed on my 6s. I saved a few photos from my iPad that I wanted to use as an Apple Watch Face, opened my phone photo app, and while updating; all of photos and videos disappeared. 320 came back and was then trying to upload them to iCloud where they already exist. I let that be for 10 or so minutes to see if it would sort itself out but no luck. I then turned off iCloud Photo Library and I didn’t get the prompt to keep photos or delete. I went to general>storage and it showed 2GB worth of data there. Tried hard resetting multiple times while toggling iCloud Photo Library again with no luck. Restoring from previous iCloud backup now.

Anyone have this issue with safari where you’re logging into a site and it suggests a password “saved from xxxx date “ you enter the username and touch that, then it resets the username?

Yeah I got the same issue. Happens with WhatsApp too. Gonna see if I can capture it on video and send it to Apple.

I don't think those small drops will ever be fixed. They are there to lure you to buy the 7S. It's been Apple's trick for years.

Tim Cook is probably using an iPhone 8 by now

Hmm. The today section of the App Store in on my iPad has stopped working with the, “cannot load App Store” message. The one on my iPhone is stuck on Thursday August 24th. Is anyone else experiencing similar?

Ive tried the fix of manually setting the time and force quitting the App Store and also tried resetting network settings.

Thanks! The rest of the App Store seems to be working ok, so it’s not clear if it’s a bug or just Apple doing behind the scenes stuff.

Edit: oh, it’s just started loading again, still stuck on Thursday August 24th though.

I’m still having an issue with sharing to Twitter via the share sheet.

I have two twitter accounts, and when I tried to share an article from a news app (tried with two different apps) it said no twitter account is set up (I didn’t try to send).

I logged out of both accounts in the twitter app. I then logged into my main account. I tried to share again and got the same error, however I then tried to post and it did post to my main account. I added the second account back in the twitter app. Tried to share again and got same error message. There’s no place in the sharing pop-up to choose which account to send to.

Yep, same here. Twitter need to update their app for this to work.

I still cannot find the option to sync iMessage through iCloud. I did a clean install on my iPhone 7 and also on my MacBook Pro (High Sierra), but no syncing was present and iMessage is empty on both devices. Can it be triggered somehow or is it still removed?

The photos app doesnt seems to show full resolution photos. When I zoom into the pics the details are quite blurry in the photos app, but when i zoom into the photos in snapseed the details are sharp. Can anyone confirm?

This issue is present for me when attempting to share anything from anywhere. I’ve resorted to copying and pasting most things.

There is a tone of glitches in current beta, i honestly can't comprehend how they manage to introduce them. For example WTF is with unlock animation when lock screen slides up to reveal the home screen ? Jerky lagfest.
