What is the 3D Touch bug that needs fixing? I tried to find posts about it but can’t. I’ve seen it mentioned a few times thoughSE doesn’t have 3D touch though
Minor animation stutter, about 90% into the menu launching. It skips and is not smooth. Does not impact usability, but lacks polish.
Hmm are you referring to the ipsw.me site status being reported or something else? I am wondering if its a mistake on their end as the 6s and 6 use the same file and the 6 is not showing signed. Nor is the 6s +.
Not just that site. And I don't see how it could be a mistake since it's automated. Apple most likely differentiates each device regardless of file.

I had hoped 3D Touch might be implemented better generally by now but I rarely use it

Yeah I am sure its per device but still interesting that the 6s+ was not included. Wonder why only the 6s? And as stated the 6 and 6s use the exact same file. Very strange. Also of note, rumor has it that iOS 11.0.3 comes next week too and for the 6s, 7 and 7+ only. So must be something going on with iOS 11 and the 6s for sure if they are allowing downgrade and pushing a new update for it later.

As for 11.1 beta, iOS 10.1 beta 3 was released on Columbus Day last year.

It’s not a major holiday and most places except some government offices (like post) are open.
Ever since updating my phone to iOS 11 it’s been freezing, restarting, and just acting weird in general. It hasn’t been addressed yet in two separate updates. But, hey, I’m thrilled those new emojis are finally coming out October 9th...
He even mentioned in his post in quotes “second beta of iOS 11.1”
I’m aware it’s not a major holiday besides feds, but it’s still something that rarely occurs. And we have already been told by Madscotsman it won’t be Monday. My point was buzzfeed has zero clue and it’s entirely pointless to even speculate based on speculation.
He never said anything about beta 2 not being Monday. He just said “beta 2 next week” and “11.0.3 on Wednesday”, I went through the last 5 pages to confirm.

Most specific he got is "Two weeks between first and second beta" so take that as you will.
It is a bit ambivalent, but I think he was referring to 11.1 beta 2
EDIT: Actually, looking back, I’m not sure about that. Could also refer to 11.0.3.
Well yeah, he just meant not in the next calendar week, but the one after that.

Lol, I mean, we could just wait and see. Was just pointing out a quote based on press outreach from the company. Has no significant impact on my function.
