New betas tomorrow?
Highly, highly unlikely. A lot of major companies are taking a 4 day weekend for the holiday Tuesday. Wednesday will be two weeks anyway. Thats why Wednesday is still my guess. Even if Apple is open tomorrow, they probably wouldn't seed a new beta because no one will be in Tuesday incase of major issues.

Highly unlikely as Tuesday is a holiday and if there is a problem they would leave people almost 2 days with a bad build.

Wednesday at the earliest.

I don't think July 4th could be a reason for Apple NOT to release a new beta. Do you really believe the next Beta isn't finished and tested yet and the work on Beta 3 and 4 is not in progress?
I don't think so.
IF there was a major issue with the next beta, who cares..... since it should only be installed on developer or testing devices :D .
It's not an OFFICIAl rollout to the worldwide public.

Usually the build which gets released lets say tomorrow was frozen many weeks ago meaning no further code changes are permitted to make sure the test-environment is not affected by new coding. Am also working at an IT-company and thats how usually releases are planned.

I think there is a chance of today. Perhaps not a high chance, but a chance. I think last year Apple released on the 5th, but the holiday was on a Monday. I’m not sure Apple devs aren’t working today. Even if the company is closed, if they are in crunch time they are probably working.

Wednesday is more likely but I think today is a 1 in 4 chance.

I would be happy, but very surprised if we see anything today. Maybe 10.3.3 final public release, otherwise think iOS 11 will be either mid/end this week or monday next week.
Typically as I downgraded to 10.3.3 just now on my phone just couldn't stand the iOS 11 beta any more and decided to continue development in simulator till I pick up a spare phone at the weekend

I think it will be 7/11. So much of the valley and the big cos are out for the week. And we’re at the end of last week too.

Apple has only ever released one beta on a federal holiday, and thats MLK day. Not all business are closed on MLK. 4th of July is a whole other story. There is a 0% chance something happens tomorrow.
[doublepost=1499095164][/doublepost]Oh for the record, I want it to come out today just as much as anyone else. I am home on a stable internet connection and return to Bakersfield tomorrow night, so if it comes out Wednesday, I'm back to my 2.5Mbps connection. Also, my Air 2 is unusable because the the battery dies in 10 hours without even using the device. But we won't see anything until Wednesday at the earliest. We are only at 12 days right now, earlier betas have longer builds, not shorter.

Only iOS 10 was under 14 days and thats because Beta 1 was 22 days.

There's near no chance of today and 0% tomorrow.

If the release is botched (it's happened before) or has a major bug it causes, people are without their devices over a major holiday for a good 48 hours. Im not sure Apple has ever released a beta the day before a holiday.

It's just so so unlikely to be today, maybe 5% at most. Wednesday has the best chance and is exactly 2 weeks from Beta 2.

I agree. I don't believe a beta has ever come out a day before a holiday either. Even a final release for that matter.

I don't think there will be one today, but remember beta 2 came out at a "weird" time of the day, so there's always a possibility of it to drop later today. But my money would be on Wednesday ;)

Apple has never been consistent with beta releases lately.

It will be either today or Wednesday with the best money on Wednesday. Today has a chance but it's slim because of the holiday tomorrow and Apple likely not wanting a bug issue wth a holiday the next day. Wednesday is more likely because they have already released them on Wednesday with beta 2.
Time-wise it looks like they have broken away from the 1pm eastern/10am Pacific time.

Its not bout breaking day/time rules. Apple doesnt release the day before a major holiday, and it makes perfect sense as if the release is botched then people are down for 48 hours until the day after at 1pmEST.

I dont believe there has EVER been a beta or final release ever in dozens (maybe over 100 now?) of total beta/final releases in 10 years the day before a holiday. It just makes no reasonable sense to do that and leave users stranded; that is not the Apple way.

iOS 10.3.3 was in beta for more than a month and as a minor update I don't think that there'll be a bug so critical that it will has to be fixed in 48 hours after the release.
When it comes to iOS 11 - I don't think we'll get a new build this week.

I assume going forward they’ll release it 1pm Pacific time, 9pm UK BST time.
