The two are identical. They release to Devs, wait for no major issues and then release to public after a period of time (3-48hrs)

I really don’t know. Mainly been using PB as they have been really good and testing for the speaker clipping issue.

There is zero difference FYI. So long as the build number is the same, the software is the exact same.
