iOS 12.3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Is the FaceTime bug where occasionally when you lock your phone the facetime call ends? Been around since 12.1 I believe.

EDIT: Apparently it's not a bug.... Only ever noticed it since 12.1

Safari is screaming fast on my Max.
All functions are. I liked the beta 6, but the general release is fantastic.
 
Looks like Apple Pay Cash -> Apple Cash happened with this update. The card art in Wallet didn't update on my iPhone, but enabling it on another device caused all my devices to update.
 
I'm on Orange France and my Carrier version shows : 36.0.1 on iPhone XS
36.0 on iPad 10.5

I think it's very smooth. It's much better than 12.2
but, scrolling is still delayed.

No complaints at all so far.

Now that a new stable minor version has been released, it might be a good time to refresh your device if you're having weird issues.

1. Make a backup (either iCloud or local using iTunes with encryption turned on)
2. Restore your device with 12.3 using iTunes
3. Restore from backup.

WARNING: Apps that have been removed the App Store will not be restored to your device.

I want to do this really bad, but what doesn’t transfer over? For example, I know Apple Pay cards don’t.
 
Cellular data speeds disappointing (though not so bad as to impair usability).

Cellular voice calls are great, wifi speeds & reception good to great, CarPlay works great, interface is snappy, scrolling long web pages in mobile safari is fast & smooth.

What is this express transit thing I’m seeing in Apple Pay?

Also, when playing media (Apple Music, YouTube) the sound suddenly stops. Only way to get it working is by using headphones or rebooting my iPhone. Anyone else? I’m using an iPhone 6s.

Edit: looks like all my notifications are silenced too. Sigh...

Except if you are using iTunes 12.6.5 or some third party apps that still load apps to your device as before.
[doublepost=1557809537][/doublepost]I want to know if iTunes 12.6.5 still works with this iOS 12.3. Now I wonder if iOS 13 will ever work with iTunes 12.6.5. Hope it works.
