iPhone 7+, Public Beta stream. Having the “A new iOS update is now available “ since the latest public beta, showing up sporadically at least once a day. Showed up tonight three times within 10 minutes. I thought hmm that’s strange even for a beta, better go to MacRumors to see what’s up..lol..thanks to @XxAnonymousxX post #221 for pointing out what was invoking the bug, swiping down the notification page then back up brings the message every time. Not sure if it’s related at all but trying to submit feedback in the Feedback App was giving an error every time for the last 15 minutes. It just decided to go through, but the syslog and pictures I had attached didn’t get sent, only a video clip..oh well.

I have reported the bug on the feedback app. Hopefully if enough get reported Apple can do something to fix it. Sounds like it’s a server issue with incorrect time and date as this was not happening a couple of days ago. But also the issue is happening when the notifications page is brought down even slightly.

Just started tonight for me. Maybe an hour ago. Pretty irritating.

would deleting the beta profile be a potential fix, or is the expiry issue built into the OS itself. looks like 8PM eastern time is when it happened.
 
Dealing with the same notification. FWIW, playing around with it I’ve discovered that it seems tied directly to device time. I adjusted my iPhone 7 date and time manually while on airplane mode, just to see what would happen - any time from 5:00PM PDT on 8/30/18 onward seems to trigger those notifications via unlock and notification screen swipes. Any time earlier, even 4:59PM, no such notifications.

I’m no expert so I don’t know if this is something they can adjust server side to kind of ‘tell’ the system to stop bugging us about it, but at the very least it seems like it’s tied into the build in some fashion - like others have said with regard to build expiry...

I've changed the date on my X to 23/08 (random date) and no more pop up.
At least it will do the trick until the fix (if any...)
 
I'm runnig beta 10 and this message shows every time i dropped down notification center or unlock the phone, it started from last night

Is anybody else getting these pop ups? I get them every time I unlock my phone now. I keep checking, and I am on the latest beta??
 
Annoying iOS update pop up happening on every unlock now since this morning.

Can see another Beta coming soon as I don't think they'll leave this for until the GM on 12 Sept.
