• App Store: While signed in with a production account and testing with a sandbox account, attempting to fetch a new valid receipt displays a sign-in prompt for the production account with no option for switching to the sandbox account
  
• Screen Time: After updating to iOS 12 beta 7, parents should change the Screen Time passcode to prevent children from signing out of iCloud or changing the system time
  
• Wallet: Users might encounter a situation where Apple Pay becomes unavailable
  
• HomeKit: Inviting iOS 11 users who have multiple email addresses associated with their Apple ID to a home might not succeed
• Localization: Certain languages may exhibit clipped or misaligned layout and display unlocalized text
• In iOS 12 beta, Camera Effects in Messages is available only on iPhone SE and iPhone 6s or later and is unavailable on iPad. Camera Effects in FaceTime is available only on iPhone 7 or later and is unavailable on iPad
  
• Wi-Fi calls might end unexpectedly when transitioning from Wi-Fi to cellular while on the T-Mobile network
  
• Screen Time: “Picked Up Phone” statistics might be inflated due to data syncing from other devices signed into the same iCloud account
• Siri: While multiple ride-sharing apps are installed, Siri might open the app instead of providing an ETA or location when asked.
  • Siri Shortcuts might not work if a device is locked
  • Siri Suggestions for Shortcuts are enabled on iPhone 6s or later, iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation or later), iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 4

Resolved Issues

• Apps could take longer than expected to launch
• Grouping notifications ("Show less") flashes earliest notification issue has been fixed

Additional Notes

• Certain apps may not be fully compatible with iOS 12. Contact developer for support. See list of current compatible apps.
• Downgrading to iOS 11.4.1 may reset Notification setting and may cause blank app icons.
• If you experience Setting crashes, it may be due to removal of stock apps.
• Battery apps may no longer work as intended due to removal of Battery API in iOS 12.
• Group FaceTime has been removed from the initial release of iOS 12 and will ship in a future software update later this fall since iOS Beta 7

The bug (or new functionality) that allows you to finish downloading the beta on cellular after initiating it in WiFi is still present in beta 7 (I’m going from beta 7 to 8).

Curious... why do a lot of people post the update size for their device? What benefit does that provide?
