Started updating to beta 5 but realized I don’t really have anything wrong with 12.3.1, along with the fact that this is a “d” build made me hold off for the final. This doesn’t sound like it’s meant to bring any improvements or anything over 12.3.1 (except the Apple Card stuff) and I’d rather not risk running into issues that may be lingering still that they haven’t caught yet

I’m thinking either final beta or public release early next week. I don’t see them stretching this out much longer.

I think there is a good chance for tomorrow. 11.4.1 released on July 9 last year. that was a Monday

I think iOS 12.4 is much more likely today than iOS 13. It hasn't had an update in 2 weeks.

Edit: Meant to post this in the iOS 13 speculation thread, but I guess it works here as well.

When it comes to something as sensitive as a credit card, I imagine more testing is needed than usual. Public release wouldn't surprise me today or this week, but I'm expecting another beta. Keep in mind there's still 76 days of summer left.

I can't call it, I feel like it should be ready this week, but maybe they are waiting for the Apple Card release to be ready, hopefully today tho
