Drumroll.... will it fix

1. Heating up with light usage?
2. Overnight/general standby battery drain?
3. Home screen stuttering between swipes?
4. Mail?? Lol
5. Message photo indexing?
6. Call drops?
7. Data cutting out?
8. Dark mode ui glitches
9. Notifications not working right

Just to name a few... anybody else have some more bugs to add to the list? I hope these are fixed and then maybe I’ll take the plunge! Probably still waiting till 13.2.1 though.

The most important is if it will fix the Photos app syncing to the cloud. I have no other bugs

Do people think this better than beta 2? I mean is it worth the effort to get the ipsw and install this over beta 2?

I'm guessing since it's only been out 30 mins there's not really much way of knowing yet, but after a couple days I'd definitely like to hear back from people as well.

Use recovery mode to update to release build
If you update iTunes (windows shift + update) from version 13.2 to 13.1.3 (Before updating, turn off the device, find my iphone) Everything will go smoothly, and the only thing that stops working is the health application, I don't know why this happens :(

Issues I’ve encountered are related to HomeKit and iCloud. Can’t access my devices off network (I have an Apple TV as a hub) and Catalina features (Take a Photo or Scan a Document from your iPhone then have it immediately on you Mac) don’t work. Are these fixed?

Update: the update didn’t fix my issues, but backing up to my Mac, wipe, and restore seems to have fixed most of my issues. Need to run for a few days to confirm.
