I also am showing a different modem firmware as well as carrier version as what is posted at the top. I have 2.01.08 and 38.0.1 for AT&T on my XS.

Is this a bug or just wrong on the forum thread?!?!

I ran a simple 2hrs test, the same conditions on both systems, i got 2% more on 13.1.3, i hope it helps.
Doing something in the first few hours after an update typically isn't really the same as doing similar things a similar number of hours even just a day or two (and a charge cycle or two) after the update.

iPhone 11 Pro: Initial installation/update from 13.1.2 failed for whatever reason, but the second time worked as it should. I've been running it for a few hours and haven't noticed any major differences or changes. However, I have noticed that my AirPods (first generation, around two years old) are much more stable in connecting and staying connected.

After half a day my mail has been perfect. However it has been considerably better since I set the phone up as new and added in all my accounts again on the last release. I run a gmail, two exchange and an iCloud and all have been running great with this release and decently well on the previous release. Before I setup as new I would have mail that wouldn’t appear until I refreshed and phantom notifications.

AirPods are night and day better, precious my gen 1 AirPods would disconnect or turn everyone into the Borg after 5-7 minutes.

I haven't updated yet, but I'm pretty sure the modem firmware for the Intel 7/7 Plus is wrong as well as it is 4.00.00 in iOS 13.1.2 and I doubt they downgraded the modem version to 3.52.00 in 13.1.3.

So I just updated my Intel iPhone 7 Plus and the modem firmware is still 4.00.00, same as iOS 13.1.2. There was no change to the modem firmware in 13.1.3.

Also the carrier software for AT&T is still 38.0.1, same as iOS 13.1.2.

It's good that Apple is pushing these updates to fix the issues with IOS 13, but still up to now they are yet to fix the main problem that everyone or most are facing, the email issues, the location settings issue and the notification badge Count Indicator issue, to be honest all the other problems that Apple has patched I never encountered those problems, it's the email issue, location settings issue and the badge Count Indicator issue that beening affecting me from day one of IOS 13

Warning: This update resets all your HomeKit items. Left for work this am with all my philips hue lights, came home after updating and the Home app thinks it’s the first time I’ve ever launched the app. No rooms, no lights, have to go through the whole setup again.

thx apple.

Yikes. For what it’s worth, it didn’t reset my Home app or any of my HomeKit devices or apps.

No issues for me. Everything just as it was.

After 12 hours I’m still seeing stutters on the home screen when swiping. Come one apple!

iPhone 11 running perfectly on the new update. These so-called home screen stutters sound like edge cases. Neither on my iPhone 11, XS Max or X have I ever happened Upton them on any of the iOS 13 releases. From my perspective, on 3 different iPhone, iOS 13.1 up has been really quite good. Nice features and UI polish. Well done Apple.

Drumroll.... will it fix

1. Heating up with light usage?
2. Overnight/general standby battery drain?
3. Home screen stuttering between swipes?
4. Mail?? Lol
5. Message photo indexing?
6. Call drops?
7. Data cutting out?
8. Dark mode ui glitches
9. Notifications not working right

Just to name a few... anybody else have some more bugs to add to the list? I hope these are fixed and then maybe I’ll take the plunge! Probably still waiting till 13.2.1 though.
I haven't experienced any of this.

I still haven't had a single issue with mail lol

It’s an issue but yes maybe just certain devices. I have it on my 11 pro. Not a major issue but an annoyance. Hopefully 13.2 sorts of for everyone.

Is GPS fixed? Does the iPhone 11 Pro still connect every few minutes with GPS so the icon appears / disappears? Does the GPS Icon still appear when you logon into WiFi?

It is still happening on iOS 13.2 beta 2 too. In fact, the location icon never disappears

Well,I've installed iOS 13.1.3 now and it seems to be solved? It doesn't happen anymore (i've watched my phone now for a longer time and the gps isn't triggered anymore). But I'm not sure, if this will pop-up again.

Update: Okay, it's back again. Not while WiFi activated, but when switching from Airplane Mode to Normal Mode and back.

Short calling numbers are still shown in the recent call list instead of the names from the address book.
