iPhone X on AT&T here has my modem version at 3.01.01 and carrier version at 38.0.1 after updating to 13.1.3.

On iPad, ‘TouchID To Use Password’ is now working properly again. :)

mail app still not fixed. You get notifications with exchange and have to pull down or wait for them to show up. I think its a display issue as i tested it in an area with no reception and they eventually showed.

Is GPS fixed? Does the iPhone 11 Pro still connect every few minutes with GPS so the icon appears / disappears? Does the GPS Icon still appear when you logon into WiFi?

nope, still there on iPhone 11 and the arrow keeps popping up.

Still having issue with mail.. when you open email, it shows account error each time and then a few secs later it connects itself. Btw it is a new phone with brand new install.

Thanks umzyi for checking out. Bad luck that Apple doesn't get it fixed.

I hope they didn’t write all the bugfixes. Because all the annoying bugs are not listed. 😡

EDIT: Automatic Shortcuts still doesn’t work. I get a notification if I want to activate it. Another shortcuts = timeout. Crapple did it again. Or not.

Seems snappier on 11 pro but still stutters on home screen.

I had the same issue on 2 x iPad Pro 10.5 devices.

I was able to successfully fix by DFU restoring and starting afresh without a backup I think.

Temporary Partial Fix - Close all apps and restart. Ensure all apps are still closed.

I'm hoping this will finally start turning up consistent notifications, including sounds, on my 11PM.

I would say battery life on my 11pro is better than 13.1.2, and overall running smooth.

I ran a simple 2hrs test, the same conditions on both systems, i got 2% more on 13.1.3, i hope it helps.

Modem firmware on 11 Pro Max is 1.01.19, not 1.02.08 as shown in the first post.

I haven't updated yet, but I'm pretty sure the modem firmware for the Intel 7/7 Plus is wrong as well as it is 4.00.00 in iOS 13.1.2 and I doubt they downgraded the modem version to 3.52.00 in 13.1.3.

So after a few hours my 11 pro feels snappy and it appears the home screen stutter has pretty much gone.
