Is anyone else having difficulty with accessing the internet. Either it is slow or stalls. It happens on both Wi-Fi and cellular. I’ve noticed it on both my devices running 13.1 iPad Pro 11” and iPhone Xs

I've been using control centre to switch off WiFi when in office to allow Xs to use 4G
Though I don't use office guest WiFi, I didn't have to manually switch it off until recently as 13.1
