Forgive me if I missed a thread

But when I select a photo from Photos app or Settings app to set a new wallpaper I’m unable to resize or scale the photos.

This was never an issue in other iOS versions.

I wonder when will “Always” option be back in location settings for Weather app and Wallet app. These two are the apps that I always used “Always” for, and miss that setting in iOS 13 on my iPhone 8.

Well, we didn't see it through 8 betas of iOS 13.0, and now it continues to be missing in 13.1 beta 1, so....

Except that the iPhone will be exempt from tarrifs, so this theory is bogus.
Also, Apple doesn't ramp up production until after the product is announced.

It's not my theory though. I just explained this in more detail.

Found something that I do not know if it's a bug of this beta or something to do with mobile operator software.
My iPhone has VolTE enabled and my wife's also. When I make a call to her, her phone will ring but my phone will not issue the call tones that alerts us that it is calling. If I turn VolTE off, I will hear the call tones, so it's calling on the other side. Turning back VolTE on again, the call tones will not be present again, but it is ringing/calling on the other side.
My iPhone is on iOS 13.1 and my wife's on 12.4. I don't remember this happening on previous betas.
Any one with this problem?

Is anyone else having difficulty with accessing the internet. Either it is slow or stalls. It happens on both Wi-Fi and cellular. I’ve noticed it on both my devices running 13.1 iPad Pro 11” and iPhone Xs

I have had one single incident when in the car, not being able to use Siri because there was no Internet connection via cellular.

I have not reported it yet because it has only been that one time and I have not been able to duplicate it.

I’m currently on 13.0 (17A5572a) using a 10.5” IPad Pro. Links don’t always open, pages don’t always load properly or at all so I have to use a new tab. Will moving to 13.1 fix this?

It may be a specific carrier issue, I have iPhone XR on 13.1 and don’t experience this problem on either of my 2 lines.

Just realized that Handoff with Safari isn’t working in this beta. I’ve currently got Safari tabs open on my iMac, but they don’t show up in iOS...

I have been trying to figure out if this an issue with IOS 13.1 or if its the RDX Infotainment issue. Last week, there was a system update to the Infotainment system and it was about the time when I upgraded to iOS 13.1 and could not figure out which is causing problem.

I have RDX 2019 Tech - so can you confirm if you are running the latest RDX Firmware and its working fine with IOS 13 but not 13.1

Hi, yes I was able to downgrade to 13.0 last beta before the 13.1 went to public beta and 13.0 works just fine again w the latest rdx update 1.1.4. To me 13.1 breaks something with the rdx infotainment system.
