Ringer vol bar was moved to the top of the page it’s no longer on the side of the screen as it was in 13.0

LOL. This probably won't be the last time you'll need to post about this. Wait til the "real" public gets their hands on iOS 13. This one will come up 15x per day (along with "how do I update my apps? The update tab is gone!!"

It does have tentpole features like automations and share ETA in maps?

Also to the people debating whether this is just a wrongly named beta: it‘s probably not.
Beta 8 was most likely the currently installed Gm on the new devices, with 13.1 releasing as the Gm instead for everyone else in september.

Makes absolutely sense to me considering the state of 13 as a whole. The average joe will never get 13.0, they get 13.1 straight away. Otherwise it makes no sense to push out an untested 13.0 GM by having certain fixes tested in 13.1 betas... thats not how software development works...

Ok, so are we not getting 13.0 Beta 9 then?
What's the consensus from the people who have installed the 13.1 beta? Is it at least as good as 13.0 beta 8? Is it a step backwards?

QuickPath seems more accurate with double-letter words (e.g., "carry", "letter" , "apple", etc...).

still no swears though! :)

I'm not familiar with Android or the feature you're alluding to, but my guess is Android estimates when your device will finish charging to 100% and presents that on the lock screen. The screenshotted feature is different in that your phone will stop charging at a certain point overnight and restart automatically at a certain point in time so that is finally hits 100% right around the time you normally wake up.

13.1 defiantly has more bugs, at least for me. Seeing that message share sheet blur contacts bug in both dark and light mode as well.
