Cool, that is what i thought...but after i rebooted the phone now has this...I have tried everything to restore it...back to verizon store it goes tomorrow!

weird, seems to have fixed itself after a couple of days, thankfully.
Wait, so you got it from Verizon? If so you should be able to simply activate it using their process that it typically included in the packaging. They will already have the id in the system. Maybe DFU restore back to factory then activate then try and restore backups etc.
Pardon my ignorance, but with iOS 13.1 releasing to everyone on Tuesday, what can we expect for those of us on Public Beta? Will we update on Tuesday with everyone else and have the Feedback app automatically removed? Can i uninstall the Beta profile now (I want to get out of beta for a while) and just update on Tuesday like everyone else?
I have tried DFU mode and it does not work for me, just the same apple and spinning circle...🙁
SMS On iPad Pro 11
SMS messages are not working. When trying to send one, the green status bar at the top never completes and the message never sends. Also, SMS works on my iPhone XS Max but they never sync and show up on my iPad after being sent from the iPhone.
iMessages work correctly.
Has anyone experienced this?

Can we expect a new build Tuesday of 13.1 or do we think it will be the same build but the letter on the end drops off?

Can someone attempt to reproduce this issue for me? (I’ve already reported it but want to make sure it’s not just me):
• Use the Messages app to record and send an audio message.
• Now attempt to copy/paste and send that message to someone else.
For me, I’m unable to copy/paste and send a voice message. It appears to send, briefly, but just doesn’t show up.

Did you read the Free User Guide in the Apple Books store?
Not to mention being featured at the WWDC keynote.
Strange issue since updating to the Pro.
In Messages quick reply from the lock screen I’ll be in the middle of composing my reply and it’ll just close out and the partial message will be waiting for me in the Messages app.

If you want out of beta program, you can remove your profile at any time.
If the iOS 13.1 build Apple releases on Tuesday is different from that of the current beta 4, you will be offered an update as usual. If the builds are identical (unlikely, though), you will have to wait until the next iOS 13.1 release to update.

Same. Message actually sends on my phone after the iPad forwards it though.

And my response was based on how Apple has done things in the past: pretty much every possible way. We really have no way to tell now.
