Same! I’m kind of wondering what would happen if I install it. Beta 4 was better than the public release for some reason.

iPadOS on my iPad is still running flawlessly. Since the second beta of iOS 13.0 my iPad has been running extremely well. A bug here and there but no resprings at all. Battery life has been very good on it. Yet my 11 Pro seems to have an overheating issue when doing very simple tasks. Had the same issue on 13.0 public release. I hope they fix that soon cause while preparing update to 13.1 b4 when still on 13.0, my phone got soooo insanely hot I had to hold it up against my car vent with the a/c running. I felt like the phone was going to swell if I didn’t. Bought it 30 minutes before this happened. Oyyyyy.

YouTube isn’t playing - says Safari says the url is invalid. On ipad, anyone else? Hard reset didn’t fix.
 
Anyone find that when you close out of the messages app by swiping up in the multitasker, then go back into the app and open a message thread it flashes white at the bottom for a quick second under the app tray? Or flashes black when in dark mode? Annoying visual glitch for sure.

I get a very brief flicker on the message list.

I don't know if this is a bug - or a new feature with the cursor. Whatever it is, I am not a fan of it.
Just trying to hold down and place the cursor in between words is a real pain!! I'm not seeing this issue on the iPad.

In this case I am trying to place the cursor in between "Test" and "Year."
It insists on selecting / highlighting entire words. Extremely frustrating.

Noticed this for the first time inside mail.app. See at the bottom. Says Network offline, but getting all mails. Which network is offline? I have 2 IMAP accounts, 1 icloud email, 1 outlook email, 1 aol email account.

I faced same issue, I was having a multiple emails accounts in apple’s email app, After keeping only one email account issue resolved & added other account in outlook.

Which phone? For those that have 3D touch, this happens, as Apple have kind of gimped 3D touch but then forgotten about it, so it's still there, getting in the way and doing confusing things. Try just lightly pressing the spacebar and wait for the haptic feedback, then move the cursor around.

Or, just lightly touch the cursor and start to move it.

If that solves your issue, you could turn 3D touch off in settings. However, if you have one of the new phones without 3D touch then the issue is something else! But try just gently holding the spacebar. I have a 6S and it works fine for me on 13.1.

Anyone else having issues with TouchID in iOS 13.1? Mainly the issue is that I don’t get the prompt from TouchID, yet when I put my finger on the scanner it works flawlessly.

That happened in one of the previous betas for me (i.e. the app would dim, the TouchID login pop-up never showed, but you could just touch and it'd work). I've only had it happen once since upgrading to 13.1.

Have you been able to fix it? I had restore the phone, also setup the phone as new, use the recent contact in message all the time.

For me, FaceID appears to work on my iPad Pro (lock unlocks) but then I am asked for my passcode every time anyway… 😤

It's a XS Max. Lightly touch...well that was easy and solved it (lol) ...thank you!
That's new, I'm simply not used to that new method. Used to years of holding down the screen to place the cursor where I wanted it. Thanks again.

Safari issue .... IPP 11 13/1 PR
Some links / views are not displaying. Good example is this site.
I can touch on Alerts and while I can get the initial popup listing, getting it into full screen view requires me to select "show all" at times.

Not having that issue on either 13.1 PB4 or 13.1 PR
 
Is the Apple Music app’s menus slow to respond to anybody else as well? Like I often have to tap queue button multiple times for it to open the queue. Same with closing queue and with other menus like lyrics and the three dot menu.

I am currently using 13.1 public beta 4,Is there a good reason for me to delete my public beta profile and download the current 13.1.1 software.

I have a 8 plus 256 .
