I just pressed the power button on my iPad and below the progress bar it said "iPad will restart when update completes" so I guess it‘s not frozen.

Video Recording - When capturing video on the new iPhone 11 and 11 Pro models, you can change the resolution and the frames per seconds settings of the video directly in the Camera app. To do so, tap on the small icons that are located at the top left of the interface. Resolution and FPS can be changed independently depending on where you tap.

I just force rebooted my iPad. Sitting at progress bar, it‘s slowly moving. Will report back.

Because I decided to skip 11 and these video controls inside the Camera app are extremely appreciated for me.

Hmm, thanks for the update om Mail. Do you have an iCloud account and Exchange? Ans if yes, does it sync, or does it keep saying "Checking for Mail..." at bottom of inbox?
My Exchange mail seems to sync correctly on 13.1.2 release version, but the iCloud account just hangs. Have to force close Mail, then reopen for it to sync correctly....

I guarantee you it wont last. It quite simply does not work properly. It’s already crapped out on my exchange account on iPhone.
