My iPP 11 is also stuck with a full bar even after a reset and I left my Macbook at work.

Can you still use the IPSW with iTunes in Windows?

I still have double messages in the sent folder, but marking as read is syncing properly, which was not the case for me in beta 1 using an Exchange account.
Out of curiosity are you receiving notifications on the lock screen or notification center?

Why Apple cannot release an update without such big bugs, after all there are hundreds of engineers working on this, why is that so? Are they just not accurate enough?

Thanks... I just tried with my Windows laptop and I only get a lot of messsages saying: "Power surge on the USB port. Unknown USB Device needs more power than the port can supply"

I guess I will have to power on the desktop... I guess I'll remember how.

Update: My desktop PC doesn't know anything about "iPads". When I plug the iPad Pro in any of the USB ports, the iPad wakes up ("Hey! My hero!") but the computer doesn't recognize the iPad.

Photos app is still messed up after upgrading to 13.2 beta 2!
Photos are out of order and not arranged chronologically under Albums<Recents!!!
Anyone else experiencing this?
Can someone confirm this please!

The problem still here. AirPods 1 drops connection as soon as the phone is in my pocket. And Apple Watch S4 drops connection when I’m 3 metres away from the phone. iPhone XS Max with iOS 13.2 beta 2 (problem started with 13)...

I have tried resetting everything, unpair etc. none worked.

Am I the only one, as I have seen most reported bluetooth issues are car connections issues?

I'm using 1st gen AirPods with XS and never had any issues. However, I think I have restored my iPhone to factory settings and set it up as new earlier that I could discover the issue you are experiencing.
No such issue for me on beta 1, been on the phone yesterday for 3+ hours continuously, downloading the beta 2.
I think that restoring and setting up as new did a trick so you might wanna try that.
