iPad Pro 11” update still sitting at nearly the end of the progress bar during installation and not sure how long it has been sitting there. It seems to ever so slowly be moving.

my Siri doesn't talk :-( Volume on , all settings on

Update: I tried new option to erase siri history, after I turned Siri off and on it speaks again.
Fix only works temporarily. After few tries it stops again. Very bizarre.

It took awhile for the phone to boot up before installation started on my IP11.

Have not encountered this slowness before in so many part beta installations.

I'm using 1st gen AirPods with XS and never had any issues. However, I think I have restored my iPhone to factory settings and set it up as new earlier that I could discover the issue you are experiencing.
No such issue for me on beta 1, been on the phone yesterday for 3+ hours continuously, downloading the beta 2.
I think that restoring and setting up as new did a trick so you might wanna try that.

I just wiped my phone and set up as new ...the problem persists...I wonder if my phone is broken now :(

Taking ages to install here. IPP11.
Did yours ever finish? My 2018 iPad Pro 13” has been stuck on the install screen for over 30 minutes. Progress bar is right at the end... 57464560-B694-479A-BA98-FFFB8749588E.jpeg

This constant safari refreshing the page is so annoying!! Hey guys if you can submit feedback for this issue!!

iPad Pro 12.9" (Gen 3 WiFi Only) - Same issue as everyone else (stuck with Apple logo and full progress bar). Attempted hard reset (volume up / down / power), got stuck again in same place. Looks like I'll have to restore. Anyone have a link to the IPSW they can share?

Side note: Also having same issues with no Siri audio on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Can you verify that Siri announces directions for you in Maps?
Same issue with Siri here. Siri DOES NOT announce directions in Maps. Once Maps is invoked with directions then Siri goes out and stay out for all other functions as well until it is turned OFF and then ON. It then repeats once Maps is invoked for directions.

my iPad Pro 2018 13” got stuck on the black apple screen with the progress bar all the way at the end. I force rebooted and it, and it did another install progress bar and finally booted up after 10-15 minutes. All good here.

same here. But in my case it only works once then stops till I clear Siri cache and turn Siri off and on again.

update: changed accent and gender in Siri settings and seems to have fixed. Reverting back to original Siri and Siri doesn’t speak. So looks like you need to change the accent of Siri to have her / him speak.

I had all sorts of issues with mail too. What I did was remove my exchange account off my iOS devices, rebooted and re-created exchange account on iOS devices. This seems to have fixed it for now... Was having issues with iOS 13.2 beta 1... Might help some...

Did that a couple of times and got no change.

Tried that however SIRI then only works until Maps is run for directions and then no matter which accent / gender is used, it goes back to not working. I have reported this bug.

Same here on 13.2 b1 - but with iCloud account. For some reason my Exchange account seems to work well in the Mail app, but not my iCloud account. The reverse to everyone listing problems with Mail. Have tried numerous "fixes" including deleting accounts & restoring after a hard reset, etc., but no luck, so am back on 13.1.2 for now and using Outlook app. How many versions of iOS 13 (betas and release versions) have there been since iOS 12.4.1? And Mail is still borked.......

Anyone having issues with Siri's voice being completely gone? I ask for the weather, the time, and I even start directions but there's no voice.
