Doesn’t seem to be *worse*, but the same dumb bugs exist.
Well that’s an improvement, I guess. Each time I’ve updated to the first release of a beta since 13 it’s made my mail problems worse. This counts as an improvement.
NOT seeing that in the slightest
Mail is working VERY well for me on iPad and iPhone 11
Opens instantly from notification with either Exchange or iCloud account. Counts are updated in mail and previously deleted (from another device) disappear instantly when the account refreshes upon opening.
I’m doing a happy dance!!! For the first time since 13.0 was released I now see on my iPad Pro Safari History list a couple sites I accessed on my phone, which is still on the 13.3 general release. The phone does not show any sites in History from the ipad or any other device. This may be temporary but ever since 13.0 my ipad History list has absolutely never synced once until today. May be temporary but I’m still doing the happy dance!
I'll have to try the default mail once again. I use the Spark app. I always have a connection error message with my AOL account.
Since 13.3 I can open files attached in mails inside main mail. I needed outlook app this years before to Manage this files

So far so good on iPad with the Mail app. Notifications open the correct email and preview loads Correctly. This did not work on Exchange for me in 13.3. So YAY!
Rogers went from 40.0 -> 39.5
Is the 13.3.1 beta an older build than 13.3.0 final? Maybe explains firmware "downgrade".

Doubt it, since it is a different build branch “D”. Also, the modem firmware increased on newer devices. Another thing is iOS would ask to upgrade the carrier file if version 40.0 would work with this iOS build.
I am just finding this build absolutely wonderful.
iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.3.1 beta 1 on Verizon - anyone use their speakerphone since upgrading? I had a call this afternoon and used my speakerphone and was told unless I kept my phone on mute or switched speakerphone off, others heard nothing but interference sounds and noise coming from my phone. I hung up and dialed back in twice but same results.
Could have been a coincidence but wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience.
Did notice that my carrier version was downgraded to 39.5.1 instead of 40.0 others are reporting.

What a bunch of amateurs. Smart invert is still broken and completely unusable on 13.3.1 b1. Seriously, I'm extremely disappointed by Apple since iOS 13 and Catalina release. Its a serious, SERIOUS step back on quality standards. Even Microsoft have less buggy software right now.
Anyone Else seeing this. Just Shows faceid Dialog and disappears. Never saw that before
I'm really happy to hear people's E-mail issues are fixed in this build! These issues never affected me as I don't use Exchange servers, but it was still frustrating to see such major bugs in iOS 13 not get fixed for so long.
Apple really botched this and it's about time they fix it. Hopefully they keep their meddling hands off the E-mail code for a while now.
