Are these known issues on iOS 13.3? I actually just got one of my devices replaced under warranty and had DND mostly on while newly on iOS 13 this week prior to that. I think my notifications not appearing is partly fixed for now with a setting that I updated on the new device.

I got the update installed, received a call, and the echo ring on my iPad went crazy as usual until I unplugged. it. Don't understand this.
