All Devices iOS 13.3 Beta 1 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Given how embarrassingly buggy iOS 13 has been so far, I’d be completely fine if 13.3 adds no new features and just fixes bugs.

I doubt there is any changes that is noticeable in 13.3 it will just be bug fixes, the days of major point releases with major changes is gone, I hope the main bug fixes are changed

I'd say that more than adding any new feature, fixing this Safari (and app) reload issue ought to take precedence.

When some photos and videos are uploaded to the Windows 10 PC, it looks like a "... device is not working" message in iOS 13.1.3 and iOS 13.2. it is very difficult to transfer images and videos to the PC

Can you open a bunch of apps. Then open safari. Lock your phone. Come back in 5-10 minutes and then open up safari and see if it reloads?

Downloading now to see if it fixes where Mail freezes for a few seconds before I can use it after opening a mail notification. I haven't experience the massive memory management issue, well, at least not as much as some people on here have.

Coming in at a whopping 3.95 GB on the 11 Pro Max. Not sure about the iPad Pro 11. I don’t have high hopes from this release.

Kindly post this in the relevant threads (here) for 13.1.3 and (here) for 13.2. This thread is for 13.3 beta 1, unless you wanted to ask about if 13.3 beta 1 resolved your issue.
