iOS 13.4 beta is available for iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max using the Configuration Profile. Installation using the Restore Image isn’t currently available for these models.

New Features & Changes

  • When an app requests Always authorization for the first time after having previously been authorized for While Using the App, the device immediately presents the location authorization prompt
  • New keyboard shortcuts are available in Photos on iPadOS which allow you to quickly navigate between tabs, search, and create albums. While in full screen mode you can also delete, duplicate, and enter Edit mode using a keyboard
  • iCloud Folder Sharing returns
  • New 9 Memoji stickers including shocked face, face with hears, eye rolling and more
  • Family Sharing in Library tab of the Apple TV app
  • New Carkey, CarPlay API, allow iPhone and Apple Watch to unlock, lock and start a NFC compatible car and share key
  • New third-party navigation and call controls for CarPlay
  • Rearranged mail app toolbar where the Delete icon is on the opposite site while Flag and Folder icons are in the middle
  • New option to activate "Hey Siri" when iPhone is facing down or covered
  • New animation when disabling VPN in the status bar
  • Ability to remap hardware key shortcuts when there is a physical keyboard connected to iPad
  • Status bar in the Control Center for older iPhone
  • New Shazam automation added to Shortcuts
  • Improved mouse responsiveness on iPad
  • New animation in the Measure app
  • New "Add Account" at the bottom under Browse tab in the Health app
  • Siri can navigate back to the Home Screen when told within another app
  • Music with an extended intro will display the ellipses in the Lyrics section of the Music app
  • Slide between Years to All Photos in the Photo app
  • Safari - a number of new experimental features added under Safari-> Advanced-> Experimental Features
New Issues

Remaining Issues
  • After viewing specific app settings and then returning to the main Settings page, the Settings app might quit unexpectedly
  • If the Siri interface no longer appears as expected, try restarting your phone
  • Photos might not sync as expected to Apple Watch
  • All Mail notifications get cleared when any one of them is clicked to view that mail.
  • Mail Sync issues with push notifications, but mail needing to be pulled when opening mail app - Since iOS13 Dev Beta 1
  • Unable to configure any third party download location like OneDrive or Google Drive as default download location in Safari.
  • Toggling Settings > Notifications > Mail > "Mail Account" > [Show Previews] between "Always" and "When Unlocked", causes all existing mail notifications to disappear from the Lock Screen as well as Notification Centre of the iPhone

Let's see how's the mail app on this one. I have not been getting emails. I have to open the app for it to download messages. Sunday morning I got up to no mails, which was surprising. I opened the app and it downloaded over 150+ from the day before and Sunday morning.
