Yes. Quite frequently. Safari in iOS 13 is a hot mess.

Exactly my thought. @RealMonster which iPad is this and what's its age? It might be a one-off thing as well, you can always charge it back and check again.

The iPad...5? The 9.7" one before they gave it Pencil support. It's only a couple years old.

Xs max runs very well on iOS 13.4b1. Don’t have any safari issues.

I haven't, and the battery drain seems to be gone for the moment. But at the time, it was an overnight drain, so I wasn't able to see if it was warmer than usual.

Either way, I filed a bug. Hopefully the iPad diagnostics will give them something to work with.
