Seems to be fixed on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, tested a few different apps and zero crashes.

You can delete the downloaded update from the Storage setting page.

First incoming mail after the update shows up immediately in the mail app after tapping the notification. So hopefully this bug is finally fixed.

Yes.
Not possible to install with iTunes on Windows though.

@MCKLMT the IPSW is available. @Donga120 it seems whatever error there might have been with regards to IPSW installation requiring 10.15.4 beta, it is resolved. My download just finished and the iPhone is getting updated via Finder in 10.15.3. Don't know about OTA.

The update went in 3 parts. A quick first one, a little longer second and an even longer third. No modem firmware update on this one, carrier settings increased by 0.0.1 for me.

Still not working for me, even after updating to latest Catalina beta. Stupid. Will just do OTA....

Same. I updated via OTA. can't be bothered waiting around but I prefer to update through IPSW
