I now think I will enjoy 13.3.1 until iOS 14 drops.
...
You think iOS14 is going to revert this change?
It was added for accessibility, because not everyone knows that tapping the preview also expands it on the current page. More accessibility is a good thing, they wont revert it.

Major issues with mouse support here. The buttons on my mouse (I’ve tried several) change their function until I reboot. For instance, my right mouse click should open the dock, but instead, it brings up a the accessibility menu. Rebooting is the only way I’ve found to fix it.

The widget that shows all your devices battery levels is what you're talking about right? I added it by swiping left on home screen then clicking on "edit" to add the widget for batteries. If that's not what you were talking about then I'm not sure.
That's the one. I'm an idiot.

Thanks again!

No, we are at beta 5 and it is not reverting, so I am sure this is done. And I always said I will stay only till iOS 14 drops. I will jump at iOS 14 beta 1 depending on what they bring to the table in beta 1. This does not mean I think they will change it now. That ship sailed about 2 betas ago.

Although, this change had me thinking something. For many years, I have gone under Settings > Safari > Open Links and selected 'In Background'. What exactly does that option do? For, I tried with Background and with New Tab, links always open in the same tab when tapped. And this option has no effect on the long-press menu.

Anyone help with what that option does?

Really struggling with keeping battery up on this beta. Running on 12.9 iPP 2015. Even fast charging is a slog. DIdn’t have this issue in previous betas and turning off location services etc. doesn’t help.

The setting affects whether the new tab/page is displayed immediately when opened, or has to be manually switched to.

Anyone else’s Apple Watch showing under Devices in Screen Time still? Mine is, plus an old watch I haven’t had for a year or so. No data ever stored/saved though for any watch.

Is anyone else here using tweetbot. I can’t get it to open on this beta when I’m on WiFi. Keeps saying network error or twitter might be down. Neither are true. Only opens when I’m on cellular. Is this a problem with the app?
Im having no problems with Tweetbot on mi Xs Max.

Anybody else’s alarm “show up” but not vibrate or make any sounds this morning?

OMG!! I suffered from this issue on my previous iPhone XS with stable iOS 12, few times a month at least.
This bug drove me crazy.
Now, on iPhone 11 Pro Max I never had it, never!
Is it going to return in iOS 13.4?!?? Nooo!!!:(
