Mine has been like that as long as I can remember (I think iOS 13) Its not a current snapshot of any apps including Safari. Just a cached version apparently and really doesn't matter if its a current I don't suppose.

Yes, same here!!I had to split the 5 GHz band from the lower one to get back to full speed. My devices wouldn’t hook up to the higher band on their own.
Don't use the Facebook app. It's known to hog memory and not release it on quit. Expect YouTube to also hog memory when used.Anyone still having RAM / Memory management issues in 13.4 B6 on 2018 iPad Pro? Safari tabs constantly refreshing, even tabs used in the last few minutes. Definitely makes it hard to get things done when it’s constantly refreshing. Any tips or suggestions appreciated!
I’ll give this a try, can’t stand facebook anyway!Don't use the Facebook app. It's known to hog memory and not release it on quit. Expect YouTube to also hog memory when used.

Seems to be working fine for me. iPadOS 13.4 b6 & latest YouTube app update.
Easy to add Trackpad via bluetooth settinfs, BUT I can’t seem to configure it to work with touch instead of click. If that’s true it’s a proper let down. Always with my Mac’s, the first thing I turn on is the ability to touch the pad instead of clicking so hopefully more settings will come in iPadOS 14.
Is the final the same build as the GM? I assume so.
Anybody else’s Apple news not getting new notifications?

I keep getting this and yes, I’m connected to the internet. View attachment 900961
I got the same error, I went into Settings > General> iPhone storage > find the update file and delete it. Restart your iPhone and try the update again, it re-downloaded the update and is now updating for me.
