What does the Updates section of the App Store look like? I was wondering what they were going to do with the updates tab since Arcade will be taking it.

Ugh, they've integrated Account and Updates into one screen in the new App Store.

Not a fan of that. Updates should be a separate screen.

Also what do folder and dock backgrounds look like with dark mode? Are they still gray if you have a dark wallpaper?

Release Notes say that Xcode 11 Beta or macOS 10.15 are required for updates to iOS 13 & iPad OS. I'm guessing Beta Profiles will only be for Public Beta in July.

Man. The files app finally makes sense to me.

Can’t wait to try it on my iPad.

Let us know if we can access local media content in the files app now. Right now when I tap on On My iPad I see nothing even though I have 72GB of video on my device.

It's running fairly well so far, for a first beta of a new version. Nothing I've seen that is unbearable yet, but give me a day or so to try out all of my apps and see how the battery life is.

All 3D touch actions are now available through long pressing on iOS 13, so yeah 3D Touch is likely going away this year or next year.

Install the Xcode 11 beta from the dev site, or update your Mac to the 10.15 beta. Once you do either of those, Alt clicking the update and selecting the IPSW will work.

So is this long press then?

I’m fine if they find another way to accomplish 3D Touch like functionality. But it needs haptic feedback. Also I wonder then how moving/deleting apps works if long press is now used to get app shortcuts.

Just paired a Bluetooth mouse to my iPad and that works as well ! So doesn't have to just be wired Mice..

If you choose Restore, yes. If you choose Update, no.

They are required. Now. They won’t in the future. This has happened before.

3D Touch is still supported.
