Hey Apple how about offering some iPhone wallpapers that have black on top to cover the notch. This is the one I use now because it totally hides the notch:

So is this long press then?

I’m fine if they find another way to accomplish 3D Touch like functionality. But it needs haptic feedback. Also I wonder then how moving/deleting apps works if long press is now used to get app shortcuts.

I would be sad to see 3D Touch gone. But I guess they could add a move icon button in the menu that pops up when holding an icon.

I tried updating, but iTunes keeps saying “a software update is required to update your iPhone”, then it says it can’t install the software update because it’s not on the server. Anyone know what to do?

Needs Xcode 11 beta or macOS 10.15 beta now.

scroll up...been answered several times.
short answer- install Xcode before you install ios13

You don't actually need macOS 15 or Xcode 11. MobileDevices.pkg is enough. Rename it back to install

Where/how do we install this? Is it Mac only (my MacBook is away having a new harddrive installed so I only have access to a Windows laptop until then)?

For folks without computer access... can Xcode 11 be downloaded at the Apple store computers?
You should be able to download the .xip file if you have a developer account (or if you otherwise have access to said file). Don't think anything's stopping you...but downloading a >7 GB file and moving it to external storage will probably take a while.
