yes. card inside. it worked even with a card sim on which I didn't know the pin so not active. as I said before here I think it would work even with a dummy sim. I was as surprised but this saved me a lot of hassle as I'm using that feature a lot.

My guess is that your brother added his face to it when he had access to your phone. Check your FaceID settings and see if an alternate appearance has been setup.

I had issues on my 3rd gen 12.9 iPad Pro. A reset fixed it and haven’t had issues since.
Glad it’s not just me. I’m about ready to throw my IPP11 out the window because of FaceID issues. PB1 is a late alpha, nowhere near as good/stable as the ios12 PB.
Resetting FaceID did nothing for me.
Also, delete your profile and set it up again. If he still can unlock report it as a bug
So I have the iPad Pro 10.7 inch from 2017. I’m really hankering to give iPadOS a try... I did all the iOS 12 betas with no problems and that was my first go around with public betas. Is the amount of issues here about on par with previous betas? Or should I take this all as a sign to not do the iPadOS beta? I had my finger over the button about 5 times in the past two days to do it, and then I always come back here and it scares me away. Any experiences from anyone using the 2017 iPad Pro?

Not sure if I'm missing something, but when I disable Autoplay for Videos and Live photos, all my videos still play muted, and I have to unmute each video immediately after pressing play.

The speculation thread is a good place to check rumors on release dates, but since this thread is dying (as we’ve moved to DP3), I’ll say here that it might be tomorrow, or likely latest Mon-Tues next week.
To be honest, as someone who doesn’t come on here often, all the thread merging and moving and weird titles and some pinned and some not... I honestly have no clue what conversations belong where.
