I have access to a 12.3.1 device and the icon is a tad different. It has feet now. :D

Is the alarm icon image new?

im sure you've done this already but did you reboot your phone already? maybe a soft reset?

I got Homekit back from doing an update from ipsw image but Carplay is still broke.

I can see the Projection button go green for Car Play and push it but nothing happens. Music still plays but display wont come up. Also the iPhone screen constantly turns on and off with every bump and turn. (2016 Silverado Mylink)

Random Staff: So we are adding feet to the alarm clock, everyone good with this?
Jony Ive: Nobody has an alarm clock with feet, it just complicates the design.
Staff: We've done numerous studies, people like the feet.
Jony: I will seriously quit if you add feet to the alarm clock.
Staff: Cmon Jony, there's no way someone would quit because of feet on an icon.
Jony: ...

Has the option to create PDF from a web page disappeared? Noticed this option is gone when select the reader mode for the page.

I am able to do this by using Apple Pencil and dragging up from left corner. I do not see the option in the share sheet though.

I don’t think I’m noticing the Touch issue now. Maybe the device needed time to index. It may still be there, not sure, but I’m not seeing it now. Battery life results TBD. I usually wait a few days to make a determination.

At least my phone doesn’t have the dropped signal issue now. It was present on beta 2.

Had this issue in beta 2, but only in the Control Center widget. In the Home app they are how I want them. Also, only devices are messed up. Scenes are fine.

So beta 3 fixed it for you? I'm experiencing what you described

you shouldn´t be using a beta if you don´t know what they are

A beta serves several purposes that aren’t just for a developer’s needs, otherwise Apple wouldn’t publish public versions and seek feedback. If battery life, for one, is a major drawback, why can’t users complain but to cause improvement? If YOU don’t know the purpose of a beta, don’t criticize people who use them.

I don't have many issues with this BETA either. But barely any of the annoyances I've had since BETA'1 has yet to be addressed. Feels like we are moving rather slow so far with these BETA's. I supposed "squishing" is starting later in the BETA.

IKEv2 VPN-tunnels are still completely borked and useless. I filed a report myself today as I can't seem to find it listed as a known issue in the release notes. When using IKEv2 various traffic just doesn't work, and the connection drops and re-establishes a lot. Changing to IPSec (IKEv1) and everything is working as expected. On iOS 12.3.2 there are no such issues.

3D Touch seems to still be disabled in most places? Long-press is utilised instead. I figured from the comments from Craig on this topic that this was not intended, 3D Touch will stay on devices supporting it but yet I'm forced into long-press on my iPhone Xs Max and I have to admit I didn't really notice how much I prefer and enjoy 3D Touch over long-press until I was forced into using long-press. It just feels like a delayed and not optimised version of 3D Touch.

I guess 3D Touch isn't used all that much, but why would Apple remove it in the coming phones when long-press feels so sluggish in comparison? It's like they are dobling down own using context-menus at the same time as they are planning on making the entire feature feel far less optimised in the coming phones if the rumours about removing 3D Touch proves to be legit. I suppose these BETA's pretty much confirms it at this point.

This Beta release has been really odd for me in that it has not fixed any of the bugs I had, but also I haven't experienced any of the new bugs that people are complaining about.... I did notice that closing a card in the app switcher was a little harder but I barely close those so that won't really bother me.... So net-net it's like I never updated lol.

True, but beta need to progress, not regress. Now have a boatload of issues I did not have under db2.
The lack of printing, lack of photo attachments downloading to camera roll.
Just these two basic functions should never present problems. Not like they’ve doing something new.
I’ve reported more issues in last few hours than last two weeks.
Who cares if some app compatibility has been fixed when basic UI functionality doesn’t work.
99 errors and bugs in the code,
99 errors and bugs,
take one down, patch it around,
247 errors and bugs in the code.

Doesn’t help you, but my SE on beta 3 shows all the details in mobile data and iMessage and FaceTime are set to use the phone number.

Are you start from beta 1, means Using ispw installation

So for the first time I can recall, I had to drop back from a beta. This did NOT end well.

I noticed several hours after I had done this update that my text/iMessages weren't going through. Pulled down for control center and I had no cellular network. Disabled and enabled, turned LTE off and back on, restarted and no dice.

Tried a restore when I got home and ended up on a "connect to laptop" screen with the Apple Support URL for iPhone restores (different than the usual connect to iTunes restore screen; must be new with iOS 13). Restore failed several times with different errors so I attempted to go into DFU mode to downgrade to iOS 12 and the phone refused to go into DFU.

While I was still on 13, I had most of the issues being reported in this thread. Wifi was completely worthless and tapping the symbol in control center would "disconnect until tomorrow" only to reconnect within an hour with no movement of the phone. Swiping was extremely unresponsive and scrolling had lost it's signature smoothness. Reminders app had a badge even though nothing was due, phone app had a badge with no missed calls and email continued to display a badge even after the inbox was emptied. Shortcuts that had worked in beta 2 were throwing unknown errors. Bluetooth connection was struggling and when it was connected, I would get short cut-outs every few minutes (interval seemed consistent).

Just an absolute mess. Genius bar appointment tonight to hopefully recover my test device.

re volume keys giving haptic feedback and a nice "Silent Mode On" message when mute is on ... I get it on my 6S and I think it's great. Hope it rolls out. In fact, adjusting the volume always pulls down that little box from the top of the screen now - I can't seem to get those horrible bars on the left at all any more. Happy with this.

Not having performance issues with my 6S *looks smug*

However, I'm still seeing WiFi drops. Haven't worked out a pattern yet but a couple of times I've picked my phone up and unlocked it and noticed 4G instead of WiFi. I need to wait around 10 seconds before it reconnects. This is with the phne just sitting on a table near the router. Feedback logged.

Volume keys giving haptic feedback? I am not getting it on my 8.

Pressing also gets me the bar on the left than anything else anywhere. Screenshot?
