I just don't understand, why are the notification bubbles so washed out AGAIN!? I was previously on iOS 13 B3 then downgraded back to 12.4 then back to 13 B3, the notification bubbles were nice and red.... Now I made the jump from 13 B3 to B4 and the notification bubbles are freaking washed out again..... This bugs the hell out of me!

New 3D Touch feature on every app icon „Rearrange Apps”.

Unless the app has been offloaded. Then you only get "Share <app>". Weird.

I have the same issue.. I did the same went from 12.4 to beta 3 no issues now colors are washed out on beta 4.. i guess im going to go from 12.4 b7 to this later when i have some patience

I have been having issues on my iPhone XS Max and iPad Pro. When I click update all, it either doesn’t do anything or it starts at stays at zero. Sometimes apps update if you keep on hitting update for each app individually, but something is not right for sure.

My Mail app is still pretty wonky as far as my Exchange account goes.

Not showing notification badges and for some reason I’m getting banner notifications for emails that go directly to my trash folder.

Also hoping g the LTE issues are fixed as I had so many issues with the phone not reconnecting after hitting dead spots unless I toggled Airplane mode.

Yes, I did. I rebooted phone and watch and now it's downloading.

Did you update to iOS 13 b4 first? They keep warning about that, that it must be done in that order.
