I’m sure someone has mentioned this and it’s probably not unique to this beta, but what is the “Fonts” section in settings for?

there is a message that states “fonts that you install will appear here”
Is there any chance Apple will finally let us choose our own songs system-wide without a jailbreak?

No. It's an enhancement to the current capability of installing fonts via profile that are made available to apps that opt in to the system font manager. Today we can install profiles (there are apps that help make profiles from arbitrary font files) but once iOS 13 is released we'll be able to acquire fonts from the App Store. You will not be able to change the system font to Comic Sans.
One would think that a comment like this would not be necessary... but people do some odd things with Comic Sans.
Apologies if this has already been asked but anyone having issues with BT headphones? My Beats X worked fine up until this latest beta. Now sometimes I can’t connect and when I do it keeps disconnecting. On my headphones the little dot keeps flashing between red and white/blue. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad Pro. Very annoying.

This is for fonts you install available to apps for writing with, a highly publicised and long overdue feature of iOS13.
That is quite an impressive display.
Definitely older stuff works better, despite newer processor supposed to have more energy efficient processor and components. Wonder where those power savings go. Maybe all the savings are diverted to something completely useless but draining battery. We may never know.

Not only choosing default music app a no-no for Apple, as a company developing iTunes Store to combat piracy, I dont see any chance they will allow us to load music files straight into Apple Music app. What I see however, is to lock down Apple Music app to Apple Music only and nothing else, just like Spotify. No more iTunes syncing and no more local library.

My Shure SE-215 works ok. Connect normally, and multi-device connection works ok as well. Powerbeats Pro trial is also ok so far. So I think I dont have your problem this time around. I bet you have already tried all the connect-disconnect thing already. This is one of the reasons I am against wireless only solution.
I feel at this point only a handful of users actually update the main wiki post as opposed to just keep adding more replies to this thread. People should update the OP so nobody need to scroll through this 24 page and counting marathon to find if they have the same problem.
My X is getting hot. Turning on low power mode seems to bring the temp down.It's absolutely insane.

I noticed last night on my iPad that the option for Announce Messages with Siri is there but it is not on my iPhone (XR). I really would like this back on my iPhone . I know others have said the same thing but I am confused on the ones that say it came back. I keep hoping mine comes back but I will probably have to wait for beta 6.

You'd maybe (most likely not though) be surprised at the number of Android phones I've seen with Comic Sans applied. I seem to recall this being mentioned earlier: just after I woke up this morning, my phone clock decided to shift back an hour. Turning off automatic time setting fixed it for a few minutes, then it did it again. So for now, I have “set automatically” disabled in the date and time settings. Is there any other fix?

Yeah I did everything I could think of and still, not working. Unfortunately going to have get off the beta. I can’t have a phone that won’t connect to Bluetooth headphones.
Something weird happened on my iPhone overnight... My Apple Music Library is not showing any songs or playlists on my phone. It's just gone. They still show up on my Mac and iPad just fine. Reset All Settings has not worked. Anybody have any ideas?
Custom fonts will only be usable for text editing apps etc. like Word, Pages when doing text editing in documents. It’s not for changing which font different apps or the system uses for how they ”look” on screen. I think many people here have misunderstood this fact.
My B&O H5's work great with PB4 however the H8's keep dropping.
I expect them to fix the BT issues as we get closer to release.

The right side Dock recent icons are not launching the respective app. Selecting the icon triggers nothing. After reboot, nothing.
Will keep trying new things.
So far there have been more issues with PB4 than with the previous beta versions. Fix a few / Break a few.
