Wallpaper changes in Settings are a problem on my X. When I try to reposition an existing wallpaper pic, the app either becomes unresponsive or crashes. I'm also having trouble with an Exchange account in Mail - the app badges aren't updating reliably.

Maybe you should update to beta 8 and see if it fixes the issue.
I’ve been having a number of problems with the betas where the swipe up from the bottom and swipe down from the top gestures just stop working entirely. The only thing that makes them come back is restarting the iPad (but then they fail again after some seemingly random period of time).
In fact I can’t do it right now. Can’t access the control center or my open apps. Only way to get back to the home screen is with the button on my keyboard. Ugh.
