Apple has strict rules on embargoed information. Its one thing if something was accidentally leaked. Such a post would be taken down with no comment. That didn't happen here. My point remains: this was intended to be released today. There may be a technical reason it hasn't been released (yet). Or it was supposed to be released and was pushed back due to 13.1.2 and someone in Apple PR forgot to extend the embargo. My guess is the technical problem.

Do we know if this beta is compatible with all iPhone series or just the 11 series ? there has to be bug fixes included right? and it's a bit odd that they're not recognizing this beta as 13.2 ?at least from sources but I guess we'll find out today
