This is my thought in a way. The ram management fix in 13.3 is the same one already cooked up in 13.2.2 that they will release very soon but they wanted to check and make sure it didn’t break anything else big before releasing 13.2.2 to the public.
so pretty good chance we will get 13.2.2 today?
Was iOS 13.2.1 already released or going to be skipped for some reason?

How do we know what's in iOS 13.2.2 and that it will be out very soon?

iOS 13.2.1 was the fixed release for HomePod , I think that’s why me “may” think that the next version for iPhone would be 13.2.2

13.2.1 or 13.2.2 aside, beta 1 of 13.3 has been really stable for me. If your looking to get rid of the RAM issue, its worth a look......

I know someone who works for Apple on genius bars and they have been inundated with iPhone ram issues and 11 Bluetooth issues
And they mentioned they know there's a fix coming for that in iOS 13.2.2 in particular that was due to be out imminently, before the first iOS 13.3 beta?

they were all expecting it and were shocked when they went with 13.3 dev 1. Although they seem to think it’s because they wanted to iron something out first by testing on devs

Ram management as bad as it is isn’t there biggest concern.. the lack of talking from Siri in car on Bluetooth when using hey Siri command is huge safety issue. Works if use side button to summon Siri but not safe.
Only seems to effect iPhone 11 range
