I would be shocked if we ever saw beta 1 of any release on a Friday. Tuesday perhaps.

Yes, but not sure what for. 13.4 or 13.3.2.
I think it will happen tomorrow, iOS 13.4 beta 1, not 13.3.2 beta 1.

No, it implies that coming in here and saying "today" or "not today" on a daily basis is not speculation and does not warrant a response. There very well could be a release but nobody on these forums knows any better than the next guy (or gal).
I meant response regarding 9to5 or other sources predicting a release today.
Good. They need to spend more time making sure these releases are worthy of public release rather than trying to stick to some schedule.
going by their current level of commitment, they will take 100 days and yet come out with same crap.
Shhh they're busy redacting all the code and mentions of the new iPhone 9, AirTags, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Apple Car from the iOS 13.4 beta
even i feel nothing will happen. otherwise some comments/ predictions (not speculation) would have appeared online.
