I'm trying to download profile again from the dev portal and try again. Maybe the profile needs an update from beta 3?

How did you get it to update? I'm still getting unable to verify, might try with a different connection later.

Delete the update under management and storage. Then load it again.

Ok, trying it again. I will update if successfully done.

Update: Well... That didn't work either but thank you for the suggestion. I may have to try a different network or something.

I wait for about 30 minutes and then was able to install, I think sometime the server gets too busy people trying to download the beta

Yea wonder if it was because it was a new second number. Haven't had an issue like this in years. We were getting unable to check; didn't even get to download at all. Then an hour or so later it was good.

Full of bugs, and mail broken - so it fits the profile for a release candidate

I know someone last week said that app updates don’t precede beta’s,(and the next day they did) but I check everyday and yesterday afternoon I received over 20 app updates.

we shall see if history repeats itself

What it seems like to me is that app updates related to major iOS releases, like going from iOS12 to iOS13, that will take advantage of new-as-of-yet-to-be-released features, require the apps to be built with the beta version of Xcode (because of the included SDK). I think app devs are required to have an official App Store release be built/submitted from the official release of Xcode, though. Because of that, devs can try compiling their app in the beta version of Xcode and the official Xcode release, and if there's no issues, it can be submitted to the App Store. I'm pretty sure that an app that can only be complied in the beta release of Xcode and not the Official release can only go thru Test Flight releases? Someone else on here can correct me on all of that, but if that's correct, there could be a bunch of apps that get updated if there's no major changes in the app. Just a lot of devs staying up to date.
