Vast majority of the time it is when it drops. But agreed sometimes they ‘forget’ to press the release button.

And this is why public beta dropped last week.

So the consensus is that we'll se a new beta next Tuesday? That makes the most sense to me since they hurried out the PB1.

Common sense will tell you it will be either 12.4 or 12.4.1 unless you’re holding out for 12.5 in your mind. (which there won’t be) You just look like you’re having a go at the original post, give it up.
