I just put my mini into recovery mode, set to install ios12 through iTunes and then I left home :)

Hoping it failed for whatever reason!

Common sense will tell you it will be either 12.4 or 12.4.1 unless you’re holding out for 12.5 in your mind. (which there won’t be) You just look like you’re having a go at the original post, give it up.
Dood, no one is having a go at anything. Apple never promised Apple Card in 12.4. That's a fact. If anything, a major product/service such as Apple Card would be more logical to release alongside the major update such as iOS 13, which will be released in summer, which what they actually did promise about Apple Card.

Told you so. They originally planned to release it yesterday but they must've found a last minute bug I guess as my source went dead silent the closer the usual release time got.

Well well well, what did we learn today?

Let's be real it's MR no one will ever learn.

I wonder if this (the time of day) had anything to do with Cloudflare since half the internet has been wonky all morning. Id guess coincidence, but who knows

The traditional twitter bots for releases still has nothing for Catalina or iOS, just TV OS is the odd part; and they scrape the Dev site for changes from how I understand they work.

There have been plenty of times when they have posted nothing about new releases. ”Sometimes” they get info but most times NO.
Btw, there’s also been times when MacRumors have posted about updates without any info at 9to5.
So, no info is not a NO for possibilities for an update.
:D

No, get your facts straight - they actually said summer for Applecard. iOS 13 will be out in September which Apple say is Fall/Autumn. Not summer. It states all this on their website. (Or do I need to link them for you?) So it’s very likely, as I said - that IF it’s still on schedule to come in the summer - it will be 12.4 or a point release. Now case closed.
