Oh wow tvOS just came out. Maybe.
Someone on the main beta thread says it just dropped. Not seeing any other reports. And it’s 5pm PDT. But... Apple!

Only website that has reported it is iPhone hacks
Macrumors on facebook stated PB for iOS 13 dropped.
Not on my Xs Max
PB2 not ready because the lack of iPhone 7 & 7 Plus!
Same for my iPad Mini 5. I’m currently running PB on it (iPadOS, but it shows as “iOS 13”). Safari is really fast, and night mode works in some apps, but not others. I can’t save files to Dropbox now. But I knew going in that there would be glitches and problems, so I’m not complaining. Overall, I’m liking it. I think the finished OS will be really great. Not on my Xs Max
i thoughtThat actually makes sense but do you have a source?
So based on all of the complaints on beta 3.... and the lack of PB released yesterday for iOS, despite others coming out, I’m thinking DB4 on Monday or Tuesday followed by a PB release. I personally haven’t experienced any new bugs, but at the same time not a single one of the bugs I was experiencing from Beta 2 was addressed.

Here's hoping for Public Beta 2 by tomorrow.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if they waited until Developer Beta 4 was out next week with iPhone 7 and 7 Plus support, and release that as Public Beta 2.
There won’t be a Public Beta 2 until the iPhone 7/7Plus gets Dev Beta 3, or Dev Beta 4 gets released.
Read this on Macworld about going back to ios12. The simplest way is to simply remove the beta profile and then wait for the next non-beta release of iOS. Then update your iPhone or iPad as you normally would, and you’ll be off the beta. But would this work? Surely not as the iCloud backup would be 13?

Was thinking maybe 12.4, but have no reason to downgrade just now.
My software is beta 13.0 , if i’ve Scanned through the multiple updates I should be on 13.2? iOS beta 13 2nd release? I refresh in software update and nothing happens. Trying to upgrade the beta. Any help appreciated. A lot of threads etc to scan through.
