If Apple Card is close to launching, they will release 12.4 public before 13.0 beta 4. That way, iOS 13 users can update to beta 4 and enable Apple Card. If they release beta 4 before 12.4 final, it won’t have Apple Card support and we will have to wait until beta 5. Look back on past articles on Apple Music. iOS 9 beta 3 enabled Apple Music for iOS 9 beta users, and was released a few days later than 8.4 final.

That being said, with a big release like Apple Card, Apple will announce its release (typically in their newsroom press release page) a few hours before the release of the software update. You can follow this channel on Apple News and setup braking news notifications whenever they release something to the press.

I could be wrong, but I see the imminent release of Apple Card playing a huge role in when we will get seeded with the next beta. There was an instance where we were seeded a beta and saw a public release the same day (iOS 6.0.1 and iOS 6.1 beta 1 in November 2012).

Only thought I have is the Apple Card has to have a back end that you connect too. If that isn’t enabled then 13 links to it will be dead.

Personality I think the Prime Day theory makes sense. Since Prime Day continues tomorrow, maybe 13 tomorrow and 12.4 later when it will get full media coverage.

A few people keep saying on twitter "later today for beta 4" but I won't hold my breath but a broken clock is right twice a day but who knows..

apparently the Apple store is down, so that adds another wrinkle.... Could be they are releasing new products and then releasing the betas really late in the day today.... Or perhaps maintenance related..... Can't imagine the store being down for the Apple card right, since its a software release?

Interesting, dated today here
I just looked it up at just after 2 pm ET / 11 am PDT in the App Store and it stated that it was 18 hours ago.

So I guess it was just today but the time was listed as UTC time at midnight, which would have been 18 hours before I checked.

Netflix just got an update.

But yeah, quote me on this. I still stand by my word that B3 was supposed to hit that monday but then was delayed due to the iP7 issue they didn't manage to fix until the following week.

Who exactly is your source? the janitor at Apple? LOL! you've been wrong every. single. time.... I think you have the worst source in the history of made up sources lol :D:D:D

I think Beta 4 will come out today and the public maybe tomorrow?

I usually download the Betas on my all day used devices but these years Betas are so buggy that I have created a new Apple ID and downloaded it on my old iPhone. It’s not bad but a bit boring when I don’t have all my data. ^^ Can something happen to my iCloud data (there is a bug that they can get deleted) when I’m adding my second ID to family sharing? So I could download my paid apps

Family sharing is separated from the actual iCloud service itself so I would say that you are good to go. Family sharing gives you certain permissions to use more iCloud space, share paid apps, use Apple Music etc. It doesn’t give you access to original files on iCloud from the sharing account.

As long as you created a new Apple ID you're ok. Family sharing keeps data from all ID's separate.

Well with the MacOS 10.14.6 beta that was released yesterday, this changes everything. They always push a MacOS update around the same time iOS/WatchOS/TvOS ship. Since they seeded another beta for MacOS, obviously they need at least another week of testing MacOS. I would think MacOS 10.14.6 is required for Apple Card because you are asked to setup Apple Pay on Touch-ID Macs during the setup process. Some client-side software is required.

I say Apple Card launches next week with 12.4. iOS 13 beta 4 today, and us beta testers on iOS 13 will be able to start to use Apple Card starting with beta 5.

Ok dreaming here but next group to work Apple Card will be the DB group, beta 4 will allow us to join now. 12.4 next week barring any disasters with beta group.

Nice fantasy wouldn’t you agree

This. The macOS beta yesterday seems to point in that specific direction.
