Sure they could, the question is why would they?

In my experience, the current beta runs quite well with no major bugs, so it might actually be better if Apple use their time and energy into giving us a more “ripe” beta, rather than releasing something for the sake of it and then have people (well, at least our lot) spend their weekend complaining on the forums. :p

So I guess I’ll ask the obvious question. When will we see the next beta?

My guess is they keep stringing it out a day to reduce the total number of betas. So a week from today for 8, then nine on Monday a week and a few days later.
Like I said, just a thought.

Like I said, just a thought.

I'd guess anywhere from next Tuesday-Thursday. Apple has allowed for beta windows as short as 3 or 5 days in the past, so this time range is reasonable.
