What version iPad?
Just checked on XS MAx and all is okay
Just checked on IPP 12.9 G2 and update is lagging but it is updating.

I have this issue on my iPad Pro 12.9 2018 and XS Max. It crashes when downloading a lot of photos at once. Not a big issue, i just have to wait until later in the beta season i hope..

Not that dependent on my iPhone, but a few things seem not to work very well or at all. I have other access to Mail, etc.. (my iMac etc), but my iPhone with ios13 (1) Will not delete emails, they keep coming back. (2) Seems not to show new emails (3) Siri seems to cut out when asking a question or asking to "Call XXXX mobile" etc? (4) Does not sync BT to my car anymore .. seems to start, then stops, then you see it "downloading" again to the car, then it goes back to radio.. and that continues .. to play a podcast t plays a few seconds then returns to radio. I can plus it into the car's sound system via USB and then can listen to Podcasts, but not over BT?

May I ask what issues you have experienced with IOS13. other the good and the bad and the better.

I'm only a Public Beta user, and as above don't count on my iPhone too much, but be nice. I have used previous Public Betas and never experienced any issues, but this time a fair few.. Siri won't even "call my Brother (XXXXX) on Mobile" has always worked before... but not now. Think there was an outage in iCloud today .. so will try again tomorrow.

Thanks.. Been with Apple since Mac Classic 2 (about 1991-92?), a box black and white display, with I think 16Mhz Processor and 80 MB Storage and a 1.44 MB Floppy, that with a Apple Dot Matrix Printer (Imagewriter??) , both cost me over $AU5000K with a Eduction Discount. Makes todays Mac seem cheap!

for people who are interested in running iOS 13

Hey all, are any of you using the developer beta 3 of iOS 13 and if you are, does Evernote still crash? Whilst I love the public beta 1 on my iPad Pro, I may return to iOS 12 for stability. Then again, I probably won’t.

Strongbox password safe working OK on iPad Air 2, but no dark mode support.

For wiki post entries, I don't see notes about dark mode support/non-support...should we add such notations?

Evernote works fine again on beta 3.

Duolingo is down as having no issues, and yet I’m unable to do any lessons or practice.

The app opens, I can click through the various pages and go into settings/leaderboard/whatever else.

But, if I open a lesson, the first thing I click on - whether an answer, a word, or even the ‘X’ button - causes the app to freeze up and I cannot continue.

Nothing seems to fix. Anyone else seeing this?

Edit: my bad. Wasn't leaving it long enough. After an initial 10ish second freeze, the lesson works fine. Seems to happen with each new lesson but then does work more-or-less okay.

Nest (camera app) crashing constantly on my XS and 8 since Beta 3. Was fine with betas 1 and 2. Still working fine on my SE.

Another delightful bug ... Stock iOS Email App.
Tells me I have "X" unread as a badge. So I open the app and proceed to go through the unread emails.
When I finish I find the following:
All_List.jpg Unread_Detail.jpg
The app is telling me I have "X" emails unread (see Unread box) however upon opening the Unread box I actually have no unread emails. Refreshing does not change this number.
Notice one of my accounts also shows an Unread single item. That is a bug that has existed since at least iOS 10.

After several minutes this error still persists (see the next screenshot);
NoChange.jpg

If I kill the app in the task manager, this fixes the issue (see the next screenshot);
AfterKill.jpg

???
I am having no problem with iMessage in this regards. Is this SMS/MMS or just iMessage?
I texted a contact with a phone number only - no problem...
[doublepost=1562085390][/doublepost]

All of mine are working as expected (XS Max and IPP G2)

This is just with iMessage. I restored back to ios 12m it worked perfectly, as soon as i then updated to the beta my phone number went out of the send and receive for iMessage and Facetime, only my emails remain

Could someone check a couple apps for iPadOS on iPad Pro 12.9”?

Same for me. Worked ok in Beta 1 but now the login seems broken. The activity feed is broken and says that there is no service available. A relogin is not possible but after logging out and starting the app again I’m auto logged in with those service issues.
Latest update of Runtastic fixed the issue!

One feature I don’t care for is the “desktop site” in Safari on the iPad.
Even with the 12.9" iPP the text and many buttons are too small to read or hit without zooming in.
For me this defeats a lot of the usefulness of the 12.9". Almost feel I should go gack to a Mini?
Any way to turn this feature off?
Going to report it under “Suggestions”,

You think your screen is too small ... Safari on my 6S is also defaulting to Desktop Site. However, looking at settings for Safari there's a toggle for "All Websites" under Request Desktop Site, so I can turn it off. You didn't even look there I guess :) I get it though. It's easy to forget that apps have settings that one has to go into Settings for rather than just some cog icon in the app itself.
