For iCloud Tabs syncing, try to uncheck Safari under iCloud Settings on all devices and turn back on one device at a time again. For Wi-Fi Calling, try resetting the network settings and even updating from an IPSW file to see if that resolves it. Message notifications is something that won't be helped at our end at all.

Already done all of these on 14.3 beta 3. Nothing solved.
hence the query for RC.

Is the lack of Wi-fi calling issue common on beta 3? Are there many folk with no issue of this. May skip this RC as it’s my main device and Wi-fi calling is essential to me. Installing RC for iPad now.

Every source I’ve seen (including MacRumors) says that iOS 14.3 is being released on Monday, December 14th alongside Fitness+

Why is this being disputed?

Well, Macrumors says that fitness+ is launching in New Zealand on Dec 14. Thus, iOS 14.3 would need to launch before Dec 14 in the US.

No source has confirmed 14.3 is coming Monday, it’s all speculation.

I hope you’re right — I’d love to see it this week.

Can’t really see Apple releasing the RC today and then putting out the official release two or three days later, but stranger things have happened.

They've stated that it's launching on December 14th in the listed countries — but given that Apple's release schedule is based on the US/Pacific timezone, that would generally imply that it's launching at 10 AM PST on December 14th (as is standard for virtually all of their major releases).

I'd hate to cast doubt on the notifications bug being fixed, but the issue is still listed as "Open" within the Feedback app.
