Ok, I'll read the thread, but anyone else in Pacific Time have their time bumped ahead an hour with this build?

Fun...something odd going on with feedback assistant and my Apple ID - can't sign in from either my iPhoneX or MBP.

Edit: The time zone issue has persisted a reboot on the X - and, of course, my Apple Watch - which was just updated to 7.2 (18S563) is also reporting the incorrect time. Heh. Time to turn off automatic time so I'm not showing up an hour early all day. :)

Aha! It had changed my time zone to Honolulu?! Wtf?! Changed this back to Pacific and it's fine. I wonder what race condition it ran into that it changed my time zone as part of the upgrade???

right, back to the topic.

does someone with an idle battery drain (20% per night) and an single eSIM could verify, that this problem is fixed?

I have tested the issue of WiFi calling on a dual sim phone- one physical and the other ESIM.
the physical sim does not show WiFi calling irrespective of whether the ESIM is activated or not (esim inserted but disabled in settings). This happens with jio Carrier on physical sim. The ESIM works perfectly fine for WiFi calling.

the question was not about the wifi calling in any way.

the battery drain of 20-30% over night in idle is the question. if there is someone who could say something about it and the carrier that he is using, it would be nice

I’m seeing very jerky/laggy animations when opening/closing apps, switching between apps, using App Switcher etc...

iPhone 12.

Anyone else?

Yup, this happens since day one with my 12 Pro Max.
It works fine after an update but after a while, it starts to stutter and swipes to home stutter and shows app switcher instead.

I’ve been sending Messages / SMS / MMS back and forth to freinds and family last evening.

Notifications:
On all three iDevices, notifications are not always showing up from the Android devices
On the IPP, badge notifications are not showing up from any device
None of the Android users reported a notification failure

Messages
All iMessage texts were successful (iDevice to Android device)
SMS
Almost all SMS messages from Android to iDevice were received successfully - 7 failed to show
MMS
Almost all MMS messages from Android to iDevices were received successfully - a couple of photos came across blurry - 3 failed to show

Note 1: reading a iMessage in one iDevice did not always mark the Message as read on another iDevice
Note 2: did not have any text failures from the Samsung devices to iDevices. All failures originated from the Razer and Pixel.

Don’t know if this is worse or better than B3. Did not do this kind of test on previous 14.3 betas.

Lyrics button still grayed out in Apple Music for me. Pretty sure I'm stuck with this one indefinitely.

Can I actually "Update" via iTunes from 14.2.1 to 14.3 RC without installing the profile?

For the past for years since iPhone 7 Plus that was never an issue you went from beta to GM(same build as public release)to another beta

now RC to another beta GM became RC for us and public release of for general!!!

End of story.

4 years I have been going from beta to GM(pub) to another beta. I never had to remove my profile to receive public release now you need to remove to receive general public release but that’s just to get off the dev/beta cycle.

I don’t know how much clearer I could be!
Before you could go from beta to public GM release there is no more GM it’s called RC exactly what we got today!
I think you have earned my "Muted Poster of the Day" award. You clutter these threads with a lot of nonsense. Bye!

If you can find the ipsw file you can. 🤫Otherwise have to wait until it’s available.

No. Not normally. Probably by using the .ipsw-file, but I guess it's a bit tricky.

I installed the 14.2 RC over the official 14.1 when it came out, without beta profile, downloading the ipsw file. When they released the final update, being a different final build, I had to download a multi-gigabyte OTA again. Now I think I will do the same, to see first hand if 14.3 is going well, or failing that I have to stay at 14.2.
