Didn’t they say it would be released sometime in Q1 of 2021?
As far as I remember they said December.
It was supposedly "later this year", based on information from an internal Verizon slide (hard to say how official/finalized that might have been):

Feels smooth and responsive so far on my iPhone 12/iPad mini fifth-gen combo—shocking, I know.

With time I shall see and hopefully remember to report whether some responsiveness and interface issues (especially on iPad) have been resolved or introduced.

Weird, for some reason the “VZW Wi-Fi” signal now scrolls in the top left corner. Before, it was able to be displayed there without scrolling.

must be fixes mostly.
Well duh... Apple says it right there. ;)

Not seeing any changes at all, strange for a point release
Perhaps some under-the-hood type of changes related to some new or updated APIs or something else of that nature, as those would result in a point release.

Simply bug fixes and tweaks would usually be more of smaller x.y.z type of bug fix releases, rather than a x.y point release.
