I see this if I have last used my Air Pods Pro or BT speaker with the app. Even if I stop using the BT device the little badge remains. If I open SpectrumTV, the YouTube badge will go away and will reappear on the3 SpectrumTV app I am using with my APP or BT Speaker.

Please try with beta 8, but then again, it might be something at Google's end with their bluetooth-scanning.
