"Everyone" did not do it or have to do it. I've been using the same profile since beta 2 and had no issue.
Beta 7 downloaded just fine for me even with the profile having expired. Just installed the newer profile to be safe.

Anyone else seeing AppStore no longer showing updates available for apps after the latest beta?
Mine have all vanished, but I know they are still awaiting update

Hope @Banglazed is alright...

Anyway, as mentioned in the Speculation thread, the blank bar bug in the Messages app is still here. Shocking, I know.
Don’t feel bad, you’re not alone here. Maybe 10 minutes into using my iPad after installing 14.5 beta 7 this happened to me again, too.

For anyone that doesn’t know or hasn’t had this issue, picture going to the messages app and there’s no field to type in text at all. For me, just force quitting the Messages app fixes it. For others, a reboot is needed. This used to be worse for me, showing the text field as a “rapidly dropping down bar” over and over.. Like, the text field would start in the middle of the app and drop to where it’s supposed to be normally, over and over and over… All glitch like. Haven’t had that issue in a bit, but the missing text field still happens for me.

I can't get the beta 7 download to show up for me here in the midwestern US.
A few days ago I saw the beta profile had expired 0n 4/1, so I installed a newer one, and deleted the old one, with reboots, of course. Anyone know why?

Thanks

Update: When I got home from work I redownloaded the new beta profile again, rebooted and then the beta 7 showed up. Anyone have a clue why that is?
I had to redo load the profile, too. I believe there was an issue with an expired profile.

Morning all,
Random issue I am experiencing since updating to iOS Beta 7 on iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 4. The unlock with Apple Watch feature was not enabled. So I went to enable it again, I received the following message:
cf9f7c9bb8e1f433ab721d255ea29520.jpg

I try again and it happens every time. I have carried out the following troubleshooting:

Restarted both devices.
Signed out of iCloud on all devices. Then back in.
Turned keychain on and off.
Re-installed iOS and watchOS.
Set Apple Watch up as new device.
Left feedback and the are no similar reports.
I am connected to the Apple Watch and receive data
from the iPhone.

Quite frustrating as I wear my mask most of the day with work.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

After updating to iOS Beta 7 on iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 3, the option was still ON for me, but didn't work (worked fine in beta 5 and 6). After toggling it OFF and ON again, it started to work fine again for me...

I’m on beta 7 now, what happens if I factory reset? I will remain on beta 7 or go back to previous version 14.4.2?

I know right? And you started it wanting OEM wallpapers. 😂 😂 HAHAHA (Don't take much to derail here)
Actually that wasn’t me, you’ve got the wrong person 😂 No worries though, your post made me laugh

Not sure I can speak on battery life just yet, but I did have 0% standby drain overnight with Airplane Mode on. 👌🏻

For me it didn’t say beta 7!!

Will do some testing over the next few days.
I can say that if you are 1x and switch to 2.5x the lens used doesn’t change in bright or low light.
Still.
Reported.
Can confirm this.
The low light photos on any lens also seeing very washed out compare to before this 14.5 beta ... Hope they fix this soon

I thought Apple had fixed this in beta 7. This was the reason I jump of the beta 3 and revert back to 14.4.1. I wonder if they ever will fix all those bugs!

Tried to jump aboard the beta train via the ipsw file, iTunes says I need the latest version in order to run iOS 14.5. No iTunes updates are available.

With this beta my phone is getting mega hot just using it surfing safari
Starting to think safari is behind the terrible battery life I've been getting on my 12 pro max and M1 pro.

Use safari the most on both devices.

Wasn't like this previously, was getting awesome battery life, M1 pro last full charge just over 4 hours usage 39% left, 12 pro max latest beta, 48% left, just under 5h usage, seriously apple get you **** together.
